BNC-INT’L is delighted to invite you and your guest to its co-sponsored event.
Following a breakfast, Mexican-US cross-boarder experts will introduce and explain the state of the Mexican real estate industry (commercial, raw land, recreational, 2nd-home, CO2 exchange, residential, timeshares).
Covered topics, but not limited to, are: legal / notary ramifications, title search issues, appraisals, cross-cultural business communications, sales and investment tax concerns, financing, sales/marketing, auctioning, leasing/renting, construction, property management, talent search, development.
Company representatives from “Grupo Tres Marias” will present a Mexican real estate case study.
Obviously this event is NOT limited to professionals involved with across our southern boarder property dealings only. It is geared to anybody involved in any type of international property business. It is also a great opportunity for the novice who is keen to mingle among veteran experts and to further gain hands-on understandings of what real estate business opportunities and challenges in a foreign country are all about.
Ultimately there will be a question and answer session and ample time for networking and deal making. Certainly as a tradition, bring plenty of your business cards with you and pass them out freely.

This casual event is for your family & your internationals friends & business prospects. It'll be on the public grounds in Oak Brook, IL- the site where polo has been played for eighty-three (83) years.
Highlights are a high-goal equestrian polo match (Argentina vs. USA), an annual tradition for a number of years, followed by a bike polo demonstration game.
At the 1908 London Olympics bike polo and at the 1936 Berlin Olympics equestrian polo had been played as demonstration sports. We hope our social event will have another favorable impact on Chicago, for being the selected city of the 2016 Olympics.
(*) In cooperation with the Argentine-American Midwest Chamber of Commerce (Chicago). Your contact for either event: Bernhard Groth, Director BNC-INT'L, email: BNChicago@Live.com
